<br />and interpret all land and right-of-way related parcel maps, engineering drawings, encumbrances, agreements,
<br />easements, Leases, Legal descriptions, title reports, survey plats, permits, licenses, as -built and construction plans.

<br />Manager of the Housing Locator Pilot program with the Community Development Commission's Housing Authority
<br />of the County of Los Angeles. Directed the delivery of housing relocation services to Section 8 public housing
<br />voucher holders and the successful placement into suitable replacement housing. Project Manager responsible
<br />for the permanent relocation of residential households from Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles project
