Richard Donahue, MAI) <br />0 <br />a <br />Rosecrans/Marquardt Grade Separation <br />Project <br />Appraised fee acquisition, permanent easements <br />and temporary construction easements to <br />facilitate the construction and operation of the <br />grade separation improvements at the <br />intersection of Rosecrans Avenue and Marquardt <br />Avenue at the BNSF right-of-way. <br />1-405 Freeway Widening Project <br />Appraised several dozen fee acquisition, <br />permanent easements and temporary <br />construction easements for the widening of the <br />San Diego (1-405) Freeway between State Route <br />73 (SR-73) and Interstate 605 (1-605). The <br />widening includes the addition of one general <br />purpose lane in each direction on 1-405 from <br />Euclid Street to the 1-605 interchange, plus <br />tolled express lanes in each direction of 1-405. <br />from SR-73 to SR-22 east. <br />Bristol Street Widening Project <br />Appraisal of numerous full and partial <br />acquisitions of single-family and commercial <br />properties for the widening of Bristol Street in <br />Santa Ana. <br />123 Ground Leased Residential Lots, <br />Monarch Bay, Dana Point <br />After being appointed as the Third (Neutral) <br />Appraiser by both the land owner and the <br />(homeowner association, we appraised 123 ground <br />leased lots in the private Monarch Bay community <br />for the purpose of estimating market value of the <br />lots.
