Mr. Pigrom has prepared fixture and equipment appraisals for numerous agencies across California <br />including Caltrans, Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Riverside County Transportation <br />Commission, City of Corona, San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments/Alameda Corridor East, City <br />of Santa Ana Public Works, and Orange County Transportation Authority. Having testified at deposition <br />and at trial as an expert witness regarding FFM&E valuation, Mr. Pigrom assists attorneys with litigation <br />support services in his area of expertise. Prior to joining DM&A, he had more than two years of <br />experience managing plant operations at a local bottling company. <br />Mr. Pigrom has given presentations to International Right of Way Association (IRWA) chapters <br />throughout California. The subjects of the presentations have included Acquiring Commercial Property: <br />When Appraisal and Relocation Issues Overlap, .Date of Value, Mixed -Use Property Acquisition, and <br />Valuation of Fixtures and Equipment Under Eminent Domain Law. <br />Mr. Pigrom is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers in the <br />Machinery and Technical Specialties discipline and a member of the IRWA. Mr. Pigrom has not been <br />disciplined in the last five years, or at any point, as an appraiser by any government agency or <br />professional association. <br />Mr. Pigrom graduated from Loyola Marymount University in June 2002 with a bachelor's degree in <br />business administration with an emphasis in business law and a minor in history.
