Qualifications For Civilian Oversight Executives <br />1. Education <br />1. A bachelor's or an equivalent degree. Master's degree, Juris <br />Doctorate, or Ph.D. is highly desirable. <br />2. Experience <br />1. At least four (4) years of experience in the field of public or private <br />administration or in the practice of law. <br />2. Prior managerial or supervisory experience. <br />3. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities <br />1. Creative, innovative and outgoing leader with recognized judgment, <br />objectivity and integrity with a commitment to achieving solutions <br />and results <br />2.
