PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION - PLAYGROUND FACILITY <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the <br />UMBRELLA LIABILITY PROVISIONS <br />I. This policy does not apply to "bodily injury," <br />"property damage," or "personal and advertising <br />injury" arising out of the: <br />1. ownership; <br />2. maintenance; <br />3. operation; or <br />4. use; <br />of "playground facility." <br />Form SX 21 66 10 08 <br />II. Additional Definitions <br />"Playground facility" means an area designated for <br />recreational activities specifically set aside for <br />children.
