Workforce Specialist III (1) <br />Experience managing federal, State and local workforce programs. Oversees multiple Youth funded Youth Provider <br />and provides technical assistance. Is responsible for developing and executing agreements with various partners. Is <br />well experienced auditing various federal funded programs administered by the Santa Ana WORK Center and <br />Workforce Development Board. Prepares applications for grants and oversees youth federal fund allocations and <br />procurements. Is well versed in running and development program that are outcome driven. Has vast experience <br />developing reports, data systems, fiscal oversight, budget management, giving presentations, and managing staff <br />efficiently. Staff is bilingual in Spanish and English. <br />Workforce Specialist If (2) <br />Duties include applicant eligibility determination for workforce development programs, manages a caseload, <br />advises Participants of career and training opportunities, develops Participants' employment plan, and is <br />responsible for Participant outcomes. Oversees Participant job search and life skills activities and program <br />enrollments, identifies and develops Job opportunities appropriate to Participants. Uses a software to track <br />Participant progress. Markets services to employers and to job- seekers, conducts employment/job sector <br />workshops, gives presentations and prepares informational materials, and maintains contacts within the business <br />community to provide employers with qualified candidates. Lastly, monitors eligibility and program files to ensure <br />compliance with Federal and State and local regulations,; performs site visits, maintains details records and writes <br />reports. Position is bilingual in both English and Spanish. <br />Senior Special Employment Counselor (3) <br />Performs a wide variety of responsible workforce development program duties to ensure achievement of program <br />goals. Determines applicant eligibilityfor workforce development programs; Carry a caseload of youth clients, <br />advises clients of career and training opportunities; and develops client's employment plan. Assesses, advises and <br />directs participants on Job search activities and techniques; develops sources of employment and identifies Job <br />opportunities appropriate for program participants. Inputs, posts, and verifies department payroll. Operates a <br />personal computer and a variety of office equipment, which may include calculators, fax, and copy machine. <br />Participates cooperatively in work team activities and performs other related tasks as required. <br />Senior Accounting Assistant (1) <br />Experience in preparing and maintaining financial and accounting records by gathering, assembling, tabulating, <br />comparing, verifying, and posting financial and statistical data. Prepares and verifies and processes bills, Invoices, <br />and similar documents. She also is responsible for posting balancing cash books, ledgers, and other financial and <br />accounting records. Part of her duties include reconciling accounts to general ledgers. Receives money and <br />maintains records of receipts, files of invoices and other financial transaction documents. Experienced overseeing <br />federal programs including WIOA and CDBG. Majors were math and computer programming. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
