STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />REFERENCES <br />ADVENTIST HEALTH WEST <br />New 5 story Adventist Health Headquarter building project at City of Roseville The headquarter <br />building consists of two five story bars joined by an atrium. <br />Scope of work included parking areas for nearly 300 cars, pedestrians connections to public <br />sidewalk wrapping the site and a fitness trail that winded through the site with a number of fitness <br />stations for employees and public use. The new irrigation system for the project utilizes (4) existing <br />3" water meters, piped together for (2) main P.O.C. They have to be able to run several valves at the <br />same time to meet their watering window so a large booster pump was designed for each. Another <br />challenge was preparing for future expansion as first phase of the landscape only included new <br />plantings in the parking lot and immediately around the building. We designed and installed the <br />complete mainline for ultimate buildout and then used a two -wire decoder system so it will be easy to <br />continue to add remote control valves as the irrigation system is expanded in the future. <br />7 6 CITY OF SANTA ANA RFP NO. 20-128 <br />CABRILLO PARK IRRIGATION RESTORATION <br />
