STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />REFERENCES <br />STEVEN'S CREEK NATURE CENTER <br />The Steven's Creek Nature Center & Preserve is located in Mint Hill, NC. Artist Stacy Levy <br />designed Meander Walk as the public art portion of the construction project. <br />Meander Walk is a curving, sculptural walkway extending from the parking lot to the front <br />entrance of the Steven's Creek Nature Center. Slightly suspended above a wetland swale, the <br />path creates the sense of a stream's meandering pattern and allows visitors to walk the path of <br />the stream before they enter the building. Meander Walk is made with extruded fiberglass grid <br />grating that is ADA compliant. The Mini -Mesh grating, manufactured by SeaSafe, is colored a <br />deep blue RAL 5002 to reference water.
