through a final QAIQC check before submittal for City <br />approval and obtaining the building permit. <br />TASK 4 — BIDDING SUPPORT, CONSTRUCTION <br />ADMINISTRATION AND RECORD DRAWINGS <br />The H&A Team looks forward to supporting City staff in the <br />bidding and construction process since we agree the <br />design team can be very valuable during this critical stage <br />in protecting the City from problems. H&A has anticipated <br />both pre -bid and pre -construction meetings to be attended <br />and is ready to provide rapid responses to any issues that <br />arise from City staff. The H&A Team will also be proactive <br />in warning the City and contractor of potential problems <br />based on our intimate knowledge of the bid documents. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Our proposed schedule on the next page is based on the <br />same WBS used for the detailed scope of services above. <br />We are proposing a schedule that is 10 months in length <br />based on moving forward without restraint and compliance <br />with anticipated review periods for the City. However, a <br />substantial portion of the tasks are being done by external <br />parties and their delays could impact the overall time <br />required.
