Acceptance by School <br />Once the executed enrollment agreement and the required items mentioned above have <br />been completed, the applicant will be informed of his/her acceptance or denial. If the <br />school denies an applicant, all refundable fees paid by the applicant to the school will <br />be refunded. All refundable monies paid by an applicant will be refunded if requested <br />within three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment. <br />An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment <br />agreement and making an initial payment, has a right to cancel the enrollment agreement <br />and obtain a refund of charges paid through attendance at the first class session, or the <br />seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later, the institution must be paid institutional <br />charges, less a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed $250. <br />Veterans Please Refer to Veteran's Information Bulletin <br />Non -Discrimination <br />The NTMA Training Centers do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, <br />national origin, sex, age, religious creed or marital status in any policies, procedures, or <br />practices. Students who have questions or concerns about this policy should contact their <br />Campus Director. <br />Language of Instruction <br />All classes are taught in English. The Training Centers do not offer English as a Second <br />Language classes. English proficiency is required of students as a criteria of the <br />Admissions process. Proof of a U.S. high school diploma or GED satisfy this requirement, <br />or a passing score of 200 verbal on the Wonderlic test. <br />Transfer of Credit <br />The NTMA Training Centers do not consider prior experiential learning or course work <br />from other institutions transferable for credit units toward any program. <br />Re -admitted students may apply previous coursework completed at the NTMA Training <br />Centers within the past 12 months contingent upon approval of the Campus Director. <br />Notice Concerning Transferability of Credits and Credentials earned at our <br />Institution <br />The transferability of credits you earn at NTMA is at the complete discretion of the <br />Registration information: Santa Fe Springs (Main Campus) 562.921.3722 • Visit our Web site: wrwv.trainingcenters.org <br />
