CENYERS <br />Telephone Number: (916) 574-8900 <br />Fax Number: (916) 263-1897 <br />You may also visit the Bureau's website at www.bppe.ca.gov. <br />Student Complaint / Grievance Procedure — ACCSC <br />Schools accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges must <br />have a procedure and operational plan for handling student complaints, If a student <br />does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the <br />student may consider contacting the Accrediting Commission. <br />All complaints reviewed by the Commission must be in written form and should grant <br />permission for the Commission to forward a copy of the complaint to the school for <br />a response. This can be accomplished by filing the ACCSC Complaint Form. The <br />complainant(s) will be kept informed as to the status of the complaint as well as the final <br />resolution by the Commission. Please direct all inquiries to: <br />Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges <br />2101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 302 <br />Arlington, VA 22201 <br />(703) 247-4212 <br />www.accsc.org <br />A copy of the ACCSC Complaint Form is available at the school and may be obtained by <br />contacting Campus Director or online at www.accsc.org <br />Student Services <br />The school does not provide housing, has no dormitories under its control, nor does <br />the institution have the responsibility to find or assist a student in finding housing, <br />transportation, or child-care for students; however, a current listing of available rental <br />units in the Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs and Whither areas estimated between $1,300 and <br />$1,800 per month, local public transportation and carpooling information and child care <br />information is available by contacting a Student Service Representative. <br />Student Services tracks attendance and grades and assists in securing bus passes for <br />students. Student Services also has comprehensive reference books to assist students in <br />looking for doctors, housing, food banks, and a myriad of other services. <br />The school provides academic advising to all students to ensure satisfactory progress <br />through the program. Special attention is given to those students who need additional <br />assistance.
