I have examined the Scope of Services (Exhibit A) and I am familiar with the scope of work <br />requirements. I am familiar with all of the existing conditions and limitations that may impact work <br />requests. I. understand and agree that I am responsible for reporting any errors, omissions or <br />discrepancies to the Housing Authority for clarification prior to the submission of my proposal. <br />MRI recognizes that Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has several contractual provisions <br />within the Request for Proposal. However, MRI and Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana have <br />already negotiated and agreed upon terms which govern the relationship, as outlined in the executed <br />Consultant Agreement, along with its various exhibits and schedules, with. an effective date of June 1, <br />2020 (collectively, the "Agreement').
