EXHIBIT 1 <br />8. At the date of termination, the PHA will thereafter be subject to HUD Portability Procedures. The <br />terminating PHA shall implement the HUD Portability Procedures for such Vouchers, and within a <br />reasonable time, not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days after notification to the other PHAs of thelntent <br />to terminate participation. <br />IX.
