LTCENSES & PERMITS <br />The selected proposers shall bee rcrlttired to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license <br />within ten (10) business days of selection and must provide a copy to the City's project <br />manager or designee prior to conunencing any work in Satin Ana. <br />Additionally. Proposers will be responsible for obtaining any licenses/permits required by <br />the Scope of Work. <br />F. INSURANCE <br />The Selected Proposers shall provide the required evidence cif insurance coverage aS Set <br />forth in the Scope of Work within tell (10) business clays after receipt of notice that thc <br />contract has been awarded. Failure to provide the required insuratlec certificates shall be <br />cause for the annulment of The award and t11e forfeiture of the proposal guaranty. The <br />City will provide the Selected Proposers with a "New Vendor Checklist', which outlines <br />insurance requirementa- <br />G.
