day, 7-days a week <br />• Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as -needed <br />Contractors are required to have an electrician on their team or as it <br />subcontractor to provide lift station services. <br />Lift stations operations and maintenance documents are included as <br />it ttuchatent 2 to this Addendum. <br />The City will provide basic training and additional documentation to the <br />selected proposers on stortnwater lift.station operations. <br />Contractors shall respond to liftstation issues within 1-hour of initial request <br />or notification. <br />The Civic Center lift stations (2) are managed by Parks, Recreation, and <br />C'nnamunity Services .Agency staff. The First Street lift station (1) is managed <br />by Public Works Agency stuff. The selected proposers shall provide separute <br />invoicing lbr work it/ each lift station. <br />i. Pructuc and install metal ga[c5 within or at the otttict of swrmdrain facilities. At a <br />minimum, metal gates shall: <br />• Prohibit access bvthe public into stormdrsin facilities <br />• TTave a tamper -proof locking mechanism for dry -weather conditions <br />• He capable ofopening freely during storm conditions or debris hlockage <br />• iic made of material strong enough to withstand potaitial vandalism <br />The City will provide metal gate design detail for cantractors to procure <br />and install. <br />j. Any other work rcquircd to sal'cly, cl7cctivcly, and lawfully peribrrn ,,torrndrain <br />facility maintenance and cleaning services. <br />4) Flood Control ASSMWICe <br />Contractors shall be capable ol'peribrming the following tasks: <br />a. Mobilize to flooded arms and/or historic problem areas under the direction of the City. <br />Contractors shall respond to flooding within 1-hour of'initial request. <br />b. Deploy all necessary personnel, equipment. and materials to assist with flood control <br />and flooding complaints.
