At the <br />request of the City, Contractors shall provide a more detailed fee proposal when a <br />specific project proposal is requested of the Contractors. <br />As part of the fee proposal, Contractors shall complete it CONTRACT COMPARISON <br />FORM, attached as Appendix Attachment 4, and inCludc it in the l'ccproposal attachment in <br />PlanetBids.
