Field reports will be submitted daily to the City's Public <br />Works Agency and the Planning and Building Agency and w other conccrnul parties and a <br />final report will be provided within five days after work is completed. All deputy inspectors <br />Will be registered with the City's Planning and Building Agency prior to the Stan of <br />inspections- Available tests may include the follovwing: mix designs, concrete, concrete <br />blocks, brick masonry, masonry prisms, moron and grout, fireproofing, soils and ag«rcgatcs, <br />asphalt concrete, reinforcing steel_ and envirortrnental. llispectors will be certified for <br />confined space and fat protection. AliSCO will recomntcnd testing methods on defective <br />work and advise the City of acceptance standards. Source inspection for concrete and asphalt <br />concrete at mixing plants and other materials at their source will be provided in accordance <br />with prrijcct specifications. All testing, will comply with the City's QAP and contlucLcd <br />tinder the supervision of a registered engineer (P.I?.) who will certify all test results. All <br />personnel and laboratory personnel will possess applicable certifications understanding and <br />extensive experience with FEMA, AASTTTo, ASTM, Caltrans, and local guidelines; <br />laboratory and staff shall maintain cun-ent Calu-ans accreditation; and contracted laboratories <br />will maintain saint licensing as primary consultant. AESCO will comply with all <br />requirements of Caltrans Construction Manual including certification of persormicl and is a <br />part of all independent assurance testing and sampling program and correlation testing <br />program through ARMI,, CCRI,, A.ASH'I0, and C'alu-arts I61', Aggregate samples obtained <br />at the material source shall be tested lbr sand equivalent cleanness value and sieve analysis <br />within 24 hours. Test results for soil and aggregate samples obtained at thejob site are to be <br />reported within 72 hours. Test results for compaction and density tests are to be reported <br />Within 24 hours.
