The potential Ordinance terms that were evaluated in the KMA analysis can <br />be described as follows: <br />1. The requirements would be triggered by residential projects citywide with 20 or <br />more units that embody one of the following characteristics: <br />a. The proposed project requires a change in use to allow residential <br />development or an increase the number of units above the density <br />allowed by the City's General Plan, zoning standards, or mixed -use <br />development standards, under one of the following criteria: <br />The modifications were made by the City to the General Plan, <br />zoning standards, or mixed -use development standards at any <br />time after November 28, 2011; or <br />ii. Modifications that are being requested by a private party <br />following the adoption of the modified Ordinance. <br />b. The proposed project is a conversion of rental units to ownership <br />condominium units. <br />2. The following income and affordability requirements would be applied to the <br />incremental number of units proposed to be developed above the permitted <br />residential density: <br />City Council 28-7 217d6i63024i <br />19090 017 D21 <br />
