EXHIBIT 3 <br />As a Project Manager at Michael Baker, Peter provides environmental compliance and planning services to both private and public sector <br />clients, specializing in CEQA/NEPA compliance (initial studies, negative declarations, EIP.s, and environmental assessments), long-range <br />planning documents and current planning projects. Peter has a broad range of experience ranging from project -level analysis of housing <br />development projects to program -level analysis to support a General Plan amendment. He has been involved in preparing environmental <br />and planning documentation, as well as representing agency staff for a range of highly controversial projects subject to scrutiny by the <br />general public, environmental organizations, and public agencies.
