<br />disallowance of certain expenditures, SUBRECll'IBNT awes to remedy the acts or onilssions causing the
<br />disallowahco and repay CITY all amounts spent in violation thareOC If SUBRECIPMNT engaged in
<br />fraudulent activity to Obtain and/or justify expenditure of the CDB(I-CV ftn7ds granted hereunder,
<br />SUBRECIPMNT shall be required to reinnburse the CITY of all such funds that were Obtained and/or spent
<br />under fraudulent circumstances.
