Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience, three accountants, and two bookkeepers to <br />complete our Finance Team. OCAPICA's Board of Directors has a Finance Committee and an <br />Audit Committee made up of financial professionals from banking institutions, auditing firms, <br />school district, and universities. Since OCAPICA has received over $750,000 in federal funds, <br />OCAPICA receives an annual single -audit, and has had no findings and has low risk status. <br />Organizational Description <br />OCAPICA is a 5010 nonprofit organization serving the diverse communities of Orange County. <br />OCAPICA provides free services in health, mental health, workforce development, youth <br />development and education, and civic engagement. OCAPICA serves more than 50,000 <br />annually in 26 different languages on an annual basis. OCAPICA also leads a large coalition of <br />30 AAPI community based organizations as well as co -leads the Orange County Asian and <br />Pacific Islander COVID-19 Task Force made up of nine organizations including two FQHCs. <br />The API Task Force has educated more than 88,000 limited English proficient community <br />members about COVID-19, tested 20,000+, and has vaccinated 30,000+. OCAPICA is also <br />helping to lead #StopAsianHate efforts in Orange County as well as health equity work for <br />AAPIs in Orange County. OCAPICA will serve as a partner to the project and help support the <br />AAPI community's involvement and leadership in the program. OCAPICA has a history of <br />leading health equity efforts and is a former CDC National Centers of Excellence to Eliminate <br />Disparities among Racial and Ethnic communities. <br />
