It will negatively impact renters, rental -housing providers, and the <br />neighborhoods where they are located, in addition to harming property values, compromising public safety <br />and quality of life, and more. <br />F-I a community partner and rental -housing provider in the city, my experience and ability to provide insight <br />could help provide potential solutions to tenants in need and would be an invaluable asset to the city in its <br />efforts. I <br />Mowever, at 10 POI11T did the city reach out to SEE?� ITIT-MRIT or ITIA?�ETIE ATTARE that such a proposal <br />was being actively developed.
