Pet Accommodation <br />• Laundry Facilities <br />• Client access to on -site storage <br />• Hygiene Products <br />• HMIS Participation and Documentation <br />Manage client reservation and referral process <br />• Welcome, intakes and assessment <br />• Housing First program with low -barriers to entry and operations <br />• Case management and other appropriate permanent housing - <br />focused services (e.g., housing navigation, case conferencing) <br />• Substance abuse recovery classes such as AA, 12 Step <br />programs <br />• Coordination for mobile health services <br />• Participation in the Coordinated Entry System (CES) <br />• Coordination with the City of Santa Ana Housing Authority, <br />referrals to County, State and Federal programs, as well as <br />nonprofit and social service agencies, as appropriate <br />• Mail services, as needed <br />• Telephone access, charging and message services, including <br />an ADA-compliant telephone <br />Play area for children <br />12 <br />
