Schedule <br />City of Santa Ana 5-1 <br />Pavement Management Program Update <br />Our Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedule shows each major task identified in our scope <br />of work, as well as quality control milestones and meetings. <br />See key milestone dates from the project schedule below: <br /> Project Kickoff – October 12, 2021 <br /> Survey Completion – February, 2022 <br /> Completion of Budgetary Analysis – March, 2022 <br /> Delivery of draft PMP – April, 2022 <br /> City comments returned to Consultant – April, 2022 <br /> Delivery of City CIP Final Report – May, 2022 <br />o Santa Ana CIP data/Final Report & OCTA Compliant report, revenue projections <br />will be submitted by May, 2022 <br /> Implementation of StreetSaver database within MTC cloud – Any time after acceptance <br />of Final PMP <br /> All pavement and GIS data pertinent to the project deliverables will be submitted with <br />the Final PMP report, May, 2022 <br />Bucknam’s current workload for the upcoming months (October thru April) have been <br />scheduled in a manner that the City of Santa Ana’s PMP project will be delivered on-time and <br />within budget. The project schedule for the fall / winter 2021-22 has been set with our staff <br />internally and we are ready to start the project. <br />City Council 18 –46 10/19/2021
