<br />1.57 Organic Materials Processing Facility
<br />"Organic Materials Processing Facility" means a permitted Facility where Organic
<br />Material is sorted, mulched, or separated for the purposes of Recycling, reuse or
<br />composting.
<br />1.58 Organic Waste
<br />"Organic Waste" means Solid Waste containing material originated from living
<br />organisms and their metabolic waste products including, but not limited to, food, Yard
<br />Waste, organic textiles and carpets, lumber, wood, paper products, printing and writing
<br />paper, manure, biosolids, digestate, and sludges, or as otherwise defined in 14 CCR
<br />Section 18982(a)(46). Biosolids and digestate are as defined in 14 CCR Section
<br />18982(a)(4) and 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(16.5), respectively.
<br />1.59 Owner
<br />"Owner" means the Person holding the legal title to the real property constituting the
<br />Premises to which Solid Waste Collection service is to be provided under this
<br />Agreement or the Person holding legal title to the Disposal Site.
<br />1.60 Person
<br />"Person" means any individual, firm, association, organization, partnership,
<br />corporation, business trust, joint venture, the United States, the State of California, the
<br />County of Orange, towns, cities, and special purpose districts.
<br />1.61 Premises
<br />"Premises" means any land, or building in City where Solid Waste is generated or
<br />accumulated.
<br />1.62 Process, Processed, or Processing
<br />"Process", "Processed", "Processing" means the controlled separation, recovery,
<br />volume reduction, conversion, or Recycling of Solid Waste including, but not limited to,
<br />organized, manual, automated, or mechanical sorting, the use of vehicles for spreading
