transaction shall not be considered a sale or donation as described in Section 16- <br />30(c) of the City of Santa Ands Municipal Code; <br />b) Solid Waste which is removed from any Premises by the Waste Generator, and <br />which is transported personally by such Waste Generator (or by his or her full- <br />time employees, but not a subcontractor) to a processing or Disposal Facility in a <br />manner consistent with all Applicable Laws and regulations; <br />c) Yard Waste removed from a Premises by a gardening, landscaping, or tree <br />trimming company, utilizing its own equipment, as an incidental part of a total <br />service offered by that company rather than as a hauling service; <br />d) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of animal <br />remains from slaughterhouse or butcher shops for use as tallow; <br />e) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of by- <br />products of sewage treatment, including sludge, sludge ash, grit and screenings; <br />f) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of <br />Hazardous Material, Household Hazardous Waste and radioactive waste <br />regardless of its source; <br />g) Construction and Demolition Debris which is removed by a duly -licensed <br />construction or demolition company or as part of a total service offered by said <br />licensed company or by the City, where the licensed company utilizes its own <br />equipment; <br />h) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing and Disposal of <br />automobiles and automobile parts by vehicle dismantlers or owners of vehicle <br />salvage yards; <br />i) The Collection, transfer and transport of clean dirt, excepting that which is <br />Collected from City Operations as described in Sections 4.4.1 and 4.4.2; <br />j) Containers delivered for Recycling under the California Beverage Container <br />Recycling Litter Reduction Act, Section 14500, g . seg, California Public Resources <br />Code; <br />k) The Collection, transfer, transport, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of Solid <br />Waste by City through City officers or employees in the normal course of their <br />August 17, 2021 30 City of Santa Ana <br />
