harrnless the City against any claims arising from contaminated recovered organic <br />waste products provided by the Contractor as set forth in Section 9.1. <br />4.5 Community Services <br />4.5.1 Neighborhood Cleanups <br />Contractor shall supply Roll -off Containers for City sponsored neighborhood cleanups <br />at no additional cost to City. The number of Roll -off Containers shall not exceed a <br />maximum total number of three hundred (300) Containers annually. <br />Notwithstanding the above, at any time that the City determines that the number of <br />Collections and/or the number of Roll -off Containers provided for in this section is not <br />adequately meeting the City's needs, the City and Contractor will meet and confer <br />regarding these provisions, and may, by mutual agreement, modify the number of <br />Collections and/or Roll -off Containers. <br />4.5.2 Household Hazardous Waste Drop -Off Events <br />Contractor to sponsor an annual Household Hazardous Waste Drop -Off Event at a site <br />selected by the City. Contractor to provide Collection and safe Disposal of all <br />Household Hazardous Waste brought to the event by residents of City at no additional <br />charge. Contractor shall coordinate with selected site to determine the date and time of <br />event and will advertise the event in local newspapers, through a direct -mail postcard <br />to residents, on the City's website, and through additional print media as requested by <br />the City. <br />4.5.3 Shredding Service Event <br />Contractor shall provide an on -site mobile shredding service for use by City residents (a <br />"Shredding Event") one (1) time per calendar year at no additional charge. The <br />Shredding Event shall be provided at a date, time, and location designated and <br />approved by the Executive Director, in his or her reasonable discretion, and should be <br />for a minimum of three (3) hours in duration. In the event inclement weather prevents a <br />Shredding Event from occurring, Contractor shall reschedule the Shredding Event to a <br />date, time and location designated and approved by the Executive Director. The <br />Shredding Event shall be conducted at Contractor's sole cost and expense, utilizing <br />equipment, personnel, and methods appropriate for such event, as approved by the <br />August 17, 2021 62 City of Santa Ana <br />
