4.5.7 Response to Requests From City's Work Order Application <br />Upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, Contractor shall work with the City's <br />information technology personnel to ensure that Contractor is able to receive and <br />respond to requests for service via the City's Work Order Application. Contractor shall <br />respond to service requests received via the City's Work Order Application within <br />forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. <br />4.5.8 Santa Ana Clean City Initiatives <br />Contractor shall provide the Santa Ana Clean City Initiatives at the level of service and <br />implementation schedule included in Exhibit 10 of this Agreement. By mutual <br />agreement of the City and the Contractor, City may redirect the level of service among <br />the Santa Ana Clean City Initiative tasks where the service level hours do not exceed the <br />total hours included in Exhibit 10. <br />4.5.9 Section Reserved <br />4.5.10 Community Event Contribution <br />At no cost to the City or its ratepayers, Contractor shall provide up to two -hundred <br />thousand dollars ($200,000) per Rate Year as monetary contributions to support <br />community events and charitable institutions located within the City. Contractor shall <br />collaborate with City to determine which events and institutions will receive the annual <br />contributions. <br />4.5.11 Facility Tours <br />Contractor shall offer and promote to the community and Santa Ana K-12 schools free <br />educational tours of the Contractor's local facilities. <br />4.5.12 Dumpsters on Parade Event <br />Contractor shall support local artists by providing materials and space to paint twenty <br />(20), three (3) cubic yard Bins for use and display throughout the City. Prior to the <br />deployment of the painted dumpsters, Contractor shall organize an event to showcase <br />the Bins at no additional cost to the City or ratepayers. <br />August 17, 2021 64 City of Santa Ana <br />
