Contract #31317 <br />Introduction <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />City of Santa Ana AJCC <br />City of Santa Ana AJCC <br />DOR will participate in the America's Job Centers of America delivery system under <br />the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the Department of <br />Rehabilitation (DOR) will financially participate cost shares towards the operating <br />costs of those America's Job Centers of California in which DOR staff is co -located. <br />The agreed allocation and payment of the operating costs of the America's Job <br />Centers of California that is attributable to DOR are outlined in Exhibit B. <br />2. Services to Be Provided <br />DOR agrees to provide vocational rehabilitation services to individuals whom DOR <br />determines to be eligible for such services, and for whom such services are <br />necessary and appropriate, consistent with federal and state law. <br />3.
