Overcrowding is already an issue and here you are proposing 17,575 new housing units—of <br /> which we are all certain will be high density, cramming as many bodies into limited space. <br /> The traffic, the air quality,the noise.....in your own Notice of Public Hearing you cite "significant....adverse <br /> environmental impacts". That sentence alone should give you pause. Environmental Impact paragraph ends with "all <br /> other environmental impacts were found to be less than significant". Any impact we have on our local environment is <br /> significant. It truly is sad what is becoming of all of our cities under the guise of"progress". <br /> The City will certainly do whatever will bring in the most$$$ regardless of what the residents feel/want,that is a <br /> given.
