EXHIBIT C - PROPOSAL <br />I <br />bilb-;- <br />ENGAGING PROCESS <br />Broad and effective engagement of staff, stakeholders, and <br />the community is a fundamental component of our interactive <br />planning and design process. Managed participation <br />effectively develops support and clear direction for projects, <br />leading to successful project implementation and delivery of a <br />comprehensive vision incorporating prior studies, community <br />needs, and staff and stakeholder feedback. <br />It is important to engage the community directly in the design <br />process, which is why the City's requested scope includes <br />three community engagement activities.
