SUPERVISION <br />BACK UP <br />CREW <br />CUSTODIANS <br />SPECIALIST <br />Valley Building Corp. will provide one Contract Manager who will be the primary contract with facility management. <br />This person to be available during normal working hours and shall directly supervise all custodial crew and will have overall <br />supervisory authority over all company personnel. <br />B.STAFFING <br />VMC will provide a minimum crew of 13 FTE including 1 Contract Manager, 1 Site Supervisor, 3 Lead Persons, 8 Janitors and <br />1 Floor Care Specialist. VMC will obtain approval from City before changing the crew size. <br />C. CALL BACK CREW <br />VMC will maintain a sufficient number of trained call back supervisor and crew to cover vacation, illness, emergency leave <br />for staff assigned to the service contract, and fluctuation in the number of visitors. This call back crew will available 24 hours <br />a day, 7 days a week and able to arrive at job site within one hour. <br />D. QUALITY CONTROL <br />Following Quality Control performance services will be provided to insure a high standard of services at the Court. <br />1. Daily service reports will be made by the on -site working supervisor. <br />2. Monthly or Weekly Inspection will be made by the Contract Manager accompany by a facility management. <br />3. VMC will submit copies of typical service log, report, etc. <br />
