Holiday Toy Drive for underprivileged children <br />Identify local organizations that specifically serve the need of underprivileged and unserved youth <br />and make monetary donations and encourage our employees to volunteer within these <br />organizations, such as The Wooden Floor, America On Track and Habitat for Humanity of Orange <br />County. <br />Local volunteer events: <br />In the coming year, Speedy Weedy Santa Ana, plans to implement a program that encourages <br />our employees to volunteer with the local community. We planto offer 1 paid day off per <br />quarter so that our employees can donate their time to a local organization of their choosing. <br />Additionally, during the holidays, we will have our employees gather a team to give back to the <br />community by volunteering at a local food bank or other similar opportunity. <br />
