What is your comfort level with receiving HIV/STD health care from providers in Orange <br />County? <br />Successes (Question 3): <br />Some participants reported or indicated: <br />• a feeling of being normalized orfeeling "normal" in their interactions with healthcare <br />providers. <br />• Alianza Translatinx is new, but a great support system. <br />• gratitude to Orange County healthcare providers, "Thank you, Orange County, for <br />trying." <br />• satisfaction with services provided through their healthcare insurance provider, "For <br />me, they give me everything here, as I have Medi-Cal ... They always take good care <br />of me, they are calling me on the phone, `The medicines are ready."' <br />Areas of Growth/ Opportunities (Question 3): <br />Some participants reported: <br />• a lack of information on how to save on cost of care. <br />• all medical professionals need ongoing training and training should be provided by <br />the TGNC community. <br />• a need for discussions between the trans community and healthcare providers. <br />• services in Los Angeles, specifically in the city of Long Beach, were very welcoming. <br />aM. <br />
