SERVICE AGREEMENT SCOPE OF WORK: <br />Siemens shall provide the City of Santa Ana with preventative maintenance, repair and <br />replace services at the following locations of recently installed devices. This will be an <br />addition to the current master service agreement between Siemens and City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />1. Central Library- (3) camera installation <br />2. Newhope Library- (8) camera installation <br />3. City Yard- (2 5) camera installation <br />4. SARTC- (39) camera installation <br />5. Siemens estimated <br />cost to remote monitor two sites of approximately 15 cameras each is below - <br />Remote Monitoring Estimate 1 $50,000.00 Yearly <br />ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FOR ALL SERVICE AGREEMENTS ABOVE <br />1. Siemens pricing assumes execution of preventative maintenance and cleaning services to be <br />performed during normal business hours. <br />2. Siemens excludes all equipment not explicitly stated in this scope of work. <br />3. Service agreement does not cover items damaged due to vandalism. <br />4. Siemens excludes all foliage control, as may be required for radio communication. <br />5. Siemens excludes all traffic control, as may be required for traffic and street light cameras. <br />6. All permits and submittals to city, or local AHJ, are by others and excluded from this scope <br />of work. <br />7. Siemens requires signed agreement or acceptable client Purchase Order, prior to all work <br />commencement, including parts acquisition or project mobilization. <br />8. Pricing and SOW is based on current system configuration and architecture. Additions to <br />system shall be addressed annually upon program anniversary. <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />
