Unscheduled Products Exclusion <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Policy No. FLM1084498-00 <br />Effective Date: 06/18/2022 <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage Part <br />A. The following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage A — Bodily Injury And <br />Property Damage Liability and Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage B — Personal And Advertising <br />Injury Liability: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />Unscheduled Products <br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of, resulting from or otherwise <br />relating in whole or in part to, "your products" or any "additional insured's products" if such additional insured is <br />added to this Coverage Part by endorsement. <br />This exclusion does not apply to: <br />(1) Food and beverage; or <br />(2) Clothing apparel, records, tapes, discs, posters, badges, photos and stickers. <br />B. Solely with respect to this endorsement, the following definition is added to the Definitions Section: <br />"Additional insured's products": <br />a. Means: <br />(1) Any goods or products, other than real property, manufactured, sold, handled, distributed or disposed of <br />by: <br />(a) An additional insured; <br />(b) Others trading under its name; or <br />(c) A person or organization whose business or assets it has acquired; and <br />(2) Containers (other than vehicles), materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such goods <br />or products. <br />b. Includes: <br />(1) Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability, <br />performance or use of the "additional insured's products"; and <br />(2) The providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions. <br />c.
