Hazardous Activities, Pyrotechnic Activities and <br />Animal Exposure Exclusion <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Policy No. FLM1084498-00 <br />Effective Date: 06/18/2022 <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage Part <br />A. The following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage A — Bodily Injury And <br />Property Damage Liability and Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage B — Personal And Advertising <br />Injury Liability: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />Hazardous Activities, Pyrotechnic Activities or Animal Exposure <br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of, resulting from or otherwise <br />relating in whole or in part to, any "hazardous activity", "pyrotechnic activity" or "animal exposure". <br />B. Solely with respect to this endorsement, the following definitions are added to the Definitions Section: <br />"Hazardous activity" means: <br />a. Body piercing; <br />b. The use of aircraft, motorcycles or "mobile equipment' for any purpose; <br />c. Racing using any land vehicle or watercraft <br />d. The use, on or off public roads, of any vehicle designed for recreational purposes; <br />e. Bungee jumping; <br />f. Hang gliding; <br />g. <br />Hot air ballooning; <br />h. <br />Kayaking; <br />i. <br />Luging; <br />j. <br />Bobsledding; <br />k. <br />Tobogganing; <br />I. <br />Mountain biking; <br />m. <br />Mountain or rock climbing; <br />n. <br />Parachuting; <br />o. <br />Parasailing; <br />p. Playing in or on any bounce house or other inflatable play structure; <br />q.
