Staff that works on this <br />project is Paul Strader, Jesus Guevera, Albert Hernandez, and Sarah Strader. <br />City of Long Beach <br />We currently provide board up services 24 hours a day for the City of Long <br />Beach Police and Fire Departments. Our typical arrival time from Santa Ana <br />after a call is received from the police and fire dispatch center to the site in Long <br />Beach is less than one hour. <br />Since October of 2013, SLS Property Solutions, Inc., has been providing board <br />up services for the Long Beach Police and Fire Departments. In 2016, the City of <br />Long Beach issued an Invitation Inviting Bids, SLS Property Solutions was <br />successful in winning the bid. We are currently on our second contract providing <br />these services. Long Beach Public Works, and Long Beach Code Enforcement <br />are utilizing this contract too. When we arrive on site, a police officer is usually on <br />scene. When it is a fire call, we check in with the Battalion Chief or a Captain. <br />As previously stated, our response time is less than one hour responding from <br />Santa Ana. The requests for service are varied from securing a door or window <br />after a break in of a house or business, securing an entire house after serving a <br />search warrant and the house was tear gassed, vehicles in building, securing <br />houses or businesses after a fire, or securing a tunnel that runs under Ocean <br />Blvd. SLS staff that works on this contract is Albert Hernandez, Jesus Guevera, <br />Paul Strader. <br />ServiceMaster EMT <br />SLS Property Solutions has been providing as needed board -up and roof tarping <br />services for ServiceMaster EMT since 2016.
