We do not <br />have a contract with the Police Department however, they have come to rely on <br />us when a responsible party is not available. For this work we invoice the tenant <br />of the space or the property owner. This arrangement has worked very well for <br />us and Santa Ana Police. We provide the tenantlowner before and after pictures <br />with the invoice. This allows them to provide information and pictures to their <br />insurance company. Staff that works these calls is Jesus Guevera, Albert <br />Hernadez, Paul Strader, and Sarah Strader <br />Servpro Tustin/Villa Park/Downey <br />We are an on -call provider of board -up, and roof tarp services to Servpro <br />Tustin/Villa Park/Downey located in Santa Ana, and the home office in Downey. <br />These services are varied. We provide board -up, roof tarps, secure block walls <br />that cars have impacted, covered and secured slopes that were sliding. These <br />services are provided in Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. We have provided <br />services for them since 2017. Staff that takes these calls is Albert Hernandez <br />(Los Angeles County) and Jesus Guevera (Orange County). Staff does support <br />each other when needed. <br />Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department <br />SLS provides on -call board -up services for the Los Angeles County Sheriffs <br />Department — Temple Station Department. The deputies call us when a <br />responsible party is not available. Depending on the location and time of day, we <br />21 <br />
