(CEC 94916) <br />We share copies of student enrollment agreements, progress reports, time reports and certificates <br />with WorkSource/America's Job Center for Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) <br />funded students. This is done as support for invoicing for those who received a referral (CRITA) of <br />an Individual Training Account (ITA) to our school, This documentation is required by the <br />WorkSource/America's Job Center to pay our institutional charges under the WIOA program. <br />ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (CEC 94909 (a)(8)(A)) <br />We accept students with high school diplomas, GED or those who have passed an "Ability -To - <br />Benefit" test. In order to be accepted into our program, you must also: <br />• Interview with school representative, in person or bytelephone <br />• Must be 18 years of age or older <br />• Take our accounting test to determine level of accounting experience, prior to signing <br />enrollment agreement <br />• Be available to complete class and available to enter employment after class although <br />we cannot guarantee employment <br />ABILITY -TO -BENEFIT" ASSESSMENT TESTING <br />Under section 484(d) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, a student who does not have a high <br />school diploma or its recognized equivalent is referred to as an "ability -to -benefit" student. An <br />"ability -to -benefit" student may not enroll unless the student takes an independently <br />administered examination from the list of examinations prescribed by the United States <br />Department of Education pursuant to Section 484(d) of the Federal Higher Education Act of 1965 <br />(20 U.S.C.
