and signaling.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
South Holly WTP High Service Pump Station Motor and Switchgear Replacement and Electrical
Improvements, City of Fort Worth, TX.* Electrical/Instrumentation Design Engineer and Deputy Project
Manager. Provided design for the replacement of medium voltage motor control centers, transformers, 480V
motor control centers, instrumentation and control design at the High Service Pump Station. Coordinated
with the subconsultants in orderto assemble project deliverables. Responsible for utility coordination
and put together preliminary power system studies including short circuit and motor starting studies. Led
design and construction meetings, handled the construction documentation and compiled all the meeting
minutes related to the project. Reviewed the electrical submittals and answered contractor's RFIs.
Witcher Pump Station, Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust, Oklahoma City, OK.* Electrical/
Instrumentation Design Engineer. The improvements included replacement of the lagoon pumps,
electrical gear, and the installation of new emergency generators along with paralleling switchgear at
the main pump station. The new generators are included to comply with current ODEQ regulations related
to backup power systems. This project also includes piping, valves, power, SCADA, structural and other
miscellaneous improvements or upgrades necessary for this project. Responsible for review of contractor
submittals and RFIs during the construction phase.
Airport to Wasson SCADA Improvements, Centurion Pipeline, TX.* Electrical and Instrumentation
Design Engineer for the preliminary design phase of the project. The project included two collection
sites, nine third -party LACT units, and several pipeline segments. Centurion Pipeline wanted to perform
leak detection and ensure any pumps pushing crude oil into their pipelines would be inhibited in case
of leak detected alongside the associated pipeline. Each facility included a new electrical rack with
PLC,120/240V distribution equipment, instrumentation and radio communication equipment. The
Airport Junction station included a new electrical building with new PLC panel and several upgrades
to the existing facilities to conform to Centurion Pipeline current design standards. Preliminary design
deliverables included site plans, one -line diagrams, network architectures, conduit and cable schedules,
radiopath studies and opinion of probable construction cost. Responsible for coordination with the
FAA for development of the aeronautical study for the Airport Junction site. Also responsible for utility
coordination via the Centurion Pipeline Power Group.
Vista Ridge Water Supply Project, Garney Construction, TX.* Lead Electrical Engineer/ Electrical QA/
QC. This design -build project consisted of well field, several miles of well collection line, over 100 miles
of large -diameter treated transmission main, multiple pump stations, water treatment facilities, and a
metering station/customer delivery point through primarily rural areas. Work included development of
program design standards, specifications and details, route study, preparation of easement documents,
pipeline design, coordination and incorporation of hydraulic and surge protection recommendations,
constructability review, permitting and construction phase services. Responsibilities included conceptual
design, equipment selection, technical specification writing, assisting junior staff with development
