<br />SUMMARY
<br />Tim brings over 34 years of surveying expertise as a project manager and as a licensed party chief. He has managed a multitude of
<br />projects throughout Southern California, overseeingstaff members, workload, and scheduling. He engages in both field and office
<br />support, when required, and is knowledgeable about the latest equipment, technology, and product development.
<br />Highly skilled in all aspects of both design and construction surveying, Tim is a well-rounded professional. He has overseen control
<br />survey networks aerial photogrammetry, and topographic design surveys; right of way and boundary surveys and mapping, ALTA
<br />surveys, preliminary title reports, title research, plotting existing encumbrances, records of research, dedications and vacations,
<br />preparation of legal descriptions and plats, Record of Surveys, parcel maps, tract maps, lot -line adjustments, other land surveyor
<br />seal/stamp documents and map checking QA/QC. He has also provided construction survey support and construction staking,
<br />including perpetuation, pre -and post -construction corner records/records of survey, constructability review, construction staking,
<br />as -built surveys, and earthwork calculations.
<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />ANAHEIM PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT, DIRECT BURIED CABLE REMOVE AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
<br />SURVEYING SERVICES ) ANAHEIM, CA: Guido is currently providing land surveying services to the design team to support
<br />the Anaheim Public Utilities Department remove and replacement projects throughout the city. Anaheim is replacing direct buried
<br />cable that is no longer supporting the needs of the residential and commercial communities within the city limits. The project is to
<br />identify, relocate and install new cable to improve electrical service to Anaheim's customers. Services included verifying and
<br />establishing horizontal and vertical controls, base mapping, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, utility research, surveys and
<br />mapping, construction staking for new cable locations, switches and junction boxes, and legal descriptions and plats to support
<br />easement acquisitions. Tim is serving as project manager.
<br />COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ON -CALL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES, SURVEYING SERVICES
<br />ORANGE COUNTY, CA: For more than 17 years, as a subconsultant to the prime, Guida has provided detailed topographic
<br />surveys far the design of new or replacement wastewater treatment systems. This level of detail is important due to all the existing
<br />utilities in the City of Costa Mesa and the need for undisrupted service. Research was very important and required skilled personnel
<br />to look for potential problems in the field, so that the engineer could design the new facility without conflicts and delays. Guida
<br />takes pride in providing high -quality survey data that works with complex developments and project constraints. Tim serves as
<br />survey manager on this contract.
