<br />SOUTH COAST WATER DISTRICT (SCWD), ON -CALL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES I LAGUNA BEACH, CA: Guida has
<br />been a trusted teaming partner to the South Coast Water District providing land surveying, mapping, and right of way engineering
<br />on numerous improvement projects. Services have included design and construction survey support for infrastructure sewer and
<br />water pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and other facility improvements. Design services include GNSS and other control
<br />surveys, topographic surveys and mapping, boundary surveys, cadastral and title research for right of way engineering support,
<br />preparation of legal descriptions and plats, and monumentation preservation. Construction services include constructability
<br />reviews, construction computations, construction staking for pipelines, appurtenances and new improvements, as -built surveys,
<br />earthwork quantities, monumentation, and the preparation. Tim serves as project manager.
<br />IRVINE RANCH WATER DISTRICT (IRWD), ON -CALL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES ( IRVINE, CA: Tim currently serves
<br />as project manager for this on -call contract. For more than 20 years, Guida has provided right of way engineering, land surveying
<br />and mapping services to IRWD on various improvement projects. Services have included both design and construction survey
<br />support for infrastructure pipelines, sewer and water pipelines, reservoirs, and other facility improvements. Design services
<br />include GPS and other control surveys, topographic surveys and mapping, boundary surveys, cadastral and title research for right
<br />of way engineering support, preparation of legal descriptions and plats, and monumentation preservation. Construction services
<br />include constructability reviews, construction computations, construction staking for pipelines, appurtenances and new
<br />improvements, as -built surveys, earthwork quantities, monumentation, and the preparation of corner records.
<br />CITY OF OCEANSIDE, WATER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT, ON -CALL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES ( OCEANSIDE,
<br />CA: Tim serves as project principal for this contract to provide surveying and staking services on an on -call basis. Guida's scope
<br />of work under this contract includes preliminary surveys, topographic surveys, aerial photogrammetric mapping, right of way
<br />surveys, utility surveys and potholing, construction staking and monument preservation and perpetuation. Guida has performed
<br />work on five task orders to date. Four of the task orders included detailed design surveys for the Roja Street Lift Station, North
<br />Valley Lift Station, Mission Avenue Syphon, and a sewer replacement project along El Camino Real. For the fifth task order, Guida
<br />is providing construction surveying services for the City's Lower 1 RW Pipeline project. All deliverables have been provided to the
<br />City on time and on budget.
<br />CITY OF IRVINE, ON -CALL PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES ( IRVINE, CA: Tim serves as project manager
<br />on this on -call contract. Guida's scope of services includes field and office surveying services for the construction of municipal
<br />improvements, such as facilities, streets, traffic signals, walls, bridges, bike trails, storm drains and channels, and utilities. Related
<br />services include, but are not limited to, perpetuation of controlling monumentation in compliance with the Professional Land
<br />Surveyors Act Section 8771, GPS and other control surveys, topographic and preliminary design surveys, construction survey
<br />stakeout —including limits of removal, new improvements and grade certifications —as -built surveys of constructed improvements,
<br />earthwork quantity calculations, boundary surveys, title and records research for right-of-way engineering, legal descriptions, and
<br />other professional land surveying documents.
<br />DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES (DWR), ON -CALL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES I STATEWIDE,
<br />CALIFORNIA: Tim serves as quality control manager for Design Surveys for Guida's 5-year on -call Land Surveying services
<br />contract with DWR. He is responsible for overseeing design services and provides quality control plans and oversight for both field
<br />and office design surveys. Guida and our subconsultants are providing control, topographic, boundary, right of way, construction,
<br />and specialty mapping services on water projects statewide. A recent task order includes a topographic survey along an access
<br />road in Butte County requiring control surveys and detailed topographic surveys, mapping and digital terrain modeling all delivered
<br />in MicroStation and InRoads platforms.
