Her first project after graduate school was the Staples Center, a ground- <br />breaking and world-renowned arena. She quickly emerged as one of the lead designers recognized for <br />her exceptional ability to work with demanding clients, to tackle difficult construction techniques and <br />resolve challenging design issues. This experience led to a series of prestigious projects where Rania <br />led the design team to innovative and successful solutions. <br />She has worked with a broad base of client types: ranging from private developers and owners to <br />community colleges to cities. In close collaboration with these clients, she has pioneered new <br />prototypes, implemented innovative sustainable design techniques, and worked with tiny budgets <br />and stringent deadlines and still achieved aesthetically, functionally and economically successful <br />buildings. <br />Known for her creativity and vision, Rania's open-minded approach has led to a widely varied design <br />portfolio, and architectural solutions that have garnered some of the most prestigious awards in her <br />field. Her work has been published in numerous papers and magazines including the Los Angeles <br />Times, the New York Times, Interior Design Magazine, LA Architect and more. <br />Ms. Alomar will lead our team in the design of all aspects of this project. She will work with you through <br />each phase of the design and will be available during construction for site visits, working with our <br />internal team to find solutions to design issues as they arise. Her primary focus on projects is <br />maintaining design excellence and client satisfaction. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />The Beach Front at Long Beach, The City of Long Beach, Long Beach, CA. Role - Lead Architect. <br />Designated as the Overall Project Executive for this Project. She holds ultimate responsibility on all <br />aspects of the project design and is dedicated to this project from early phases all the way through to <br />construction.
