WILLIAM WALLACE, PE <br />Structural Fnlei neer - Huitt- ZaIIars <br />William Wallace has more than 43 years of experience as a Structural Engineer. He <br />has been involved in the design of many highly complex structures for flood control and <br />soil and water conservation construction programs for the Corps of Engineers (COE) <br />and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Projects have included <br />reinforced concrete hydraulic structures such as trapezoidal channel paving, rectangular <br />channels, impact basins, drop structures, retaining walls, and reinforced concrete for <br />principal and auxiliary spillways of lakes and dams. Wallace provided the structural <br />design or provided peer reviews of projects where the objectives of the project was to <br />design modifications to dams and their appurtenant structures to mitigate risks related <br />to dam safety concerns; and to meet current regulations and standards as provided by <br />Conservation Districts, NRCS, COE, and various Departments of Water Resources. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Oxnard Village Flood Control Facilities - Oxnard, CA <br />Cottonwood Creek Trail and Bank Stabilization —Allen, Texas <br />Rush Creek Channel Erosion Control -Arlington, TX <br />Channel Improvement Project — Fort Worth, TX <br />Brazos River Study — TX <br />Lake Ray Roberts Outletworks Conduit and Power Penstock — Lake Ray Roberts, TX <br />Jeff Wilson has served as senior mechanical engineer on several projects including <br />private and Federal agency assignments. His experience has included new construction <br />and facility renovations. His experience includes preparing engineering analyses and <br />studies including energy conservation/reduction, and performing detailed HVAC design <br />requirements and load simulations for commercial and industrial complexes.
