Healy <br />RE: CATEGORIZATION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 419 EAST <br />WELLINGTON AVENUE (HISTORIC CATEGORIZATION NO. 00-01) <br />Dear Mr. Bruce Small & Mr. Wayne Small: <br />This letter is to inform you that on May 4, 2000, the Historic <br />Resources Commission adopted a resolution categorizing the <br />historic structure located at 419 East Wellington Avenue as a <br />Key structure on the Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties <br />by a vote of 7:0 (Brenes and Berry absent). <br />The action taken by the Historic Resources Commission to <br />categorize your historic property as Key, is final and does not <br />require any City Council review.
