• complimented the Commission o <br />hoped the Commission would <br />maintaining historical buildings. <br />Commissioner Berry <br />n their work efforts and expressed that he <br />continue to focus on improvements and <br />• commented that he had attended a family reunion during the time of the <br />Commission .meeting last month and that he did call the Commission Secretary <br />that he would not be present. <br />• commented that he was impressed with the proposed plaques and it would bring the <br />notoriety deserved. <br />Commissioner Cribb <br />• stated that at the August 2000 Commission meeting, he commented that the Orange <br />County Courthouse was a Richard Neutra structure and he requested that the <br />Courthouse be considered to be placed on the Register and he reiterated his interest <br />in placing the structure on the Register. <br />• requested a policy discouraging aluminum windows on historic structures. <br />® requested staff research the Washington Mutual building at Washington and Main <br />and commented that he believed the murals were historically significant. <br />Commissioner Giles <br />• complimented staff regarding their work on the Santa Ana Register. <br />• expressed his appreciation for the Commission attendance. <br />• commented that the Keech-Klatt house, located at 201 East Washington, was one of <br />French Park's signature structures and staffed that he was interested in considering <br />placing the structure on the Register. <br />Commissioner Kings <br />• requested staff agendize a discussion regarding establishing a policy for excusable <br />Commission absences. <br />• commented regarding the Commission's relationship with Downtown Development <br />and stated that the Commission had requested staff work on various items and the <br />requests didn't seem to have much priority <br />• requested an update on the Santora building and commented that she viewed a <br />posting for an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License; and indicated that the <br />Commission had not reviewed any drawings for the restaurant, <br />Bit�cftdi�edources Commission 718;—W4 109Y8/2022 <br />
