Technical Approach and Timeline <br />Ice -America uses a detailed project management approach to every ice rink project. <br />Our team is capable of managing multiple projects through our systems engineering <br />and support system partners. <br />Approach: <br />Please see attached site plan showing the proposed technical layout. This plan takes <br />into account traffic flow, equipment placement safety, ADA requirements, and <br />building code requirements. <br />Ice -America rinks are installed under the supervision of one of our trained ice rink <br />engineers. Safety and professional quality are considered throughout the process. <br />This is achieved through using only best quality equipment and following all <br />applicable safety procedures during installation and operations. <br />The Production Timeline ensures that all schedules are coordinated and tasks occur <br />in the correct order. This document will expand as particular vendor schedules are <br />added and deliveries are scheduled. The Project Management Timeline includes <br />major tasks and due dates, ensuring timely coordination of deliverables.
