Yang, P.E., Assoc DBIA (Ed) has more than 33 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with a primary focus <br />in the preliminary and final design of water and wastewater facilities. He has experience in detailed design and process engineering <br />working as both a project engineer and project manager for water and wastewater facilities. He also has experience in information <br />technology, SCADA, and computer aided engineering/design. Separate tasks orders (34 total) were successfully executed. <br />Work included Program Management support on a $100M design -build at the Hyperion <br />Treatment Plant, Sewer System design and evaluation, odor control system design and <br />installation, in-house technical staff augmentation, irrigation systems design, structural design <br />and evaluation and other technical support functions. The City of Los Angeles maintains a <br />formal outreach program which was also successfully managed. LASAN has been completely <br />satisfied with Kennedy Jenks' services and has extended the contract for an additional $1.4M. <br />On -Call Water and Wastewater Engineering Service, Eastern Municipal Water District, Perris, <br />CA I Principal-In-Charge/Project Manager <br />Managed KJ's recurring contract with Eastern Municipal Water District to provide as -needed <br />water and wastewater design engineering services. The as -needed agreement covers both <br />Eastern's potable transmission and distribution system and the waste collection and treatment <br />system.
