BID PHASE <br />Upon completion and approval of the 100% design phase, the City shall request the Consultant <br />to assist with the bidding phase. <br />A. PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />The Consultant shall coordinate and expedite the preparation, assembly and delivery of bid <br />documents for the City to administer via PlanetBids Portal. The Consultant shall take the <br />necessary procedures to administer any prequalification of potential Construction <br />Contractors as directed by the City to ensure that all Contracts are competitively bid. <br />B. TECHNICAL SUPPORT <br />The Consultant shall provide technical support to the City on questions regarding the <br />meaning and intent of the drawings and specifications, and shall assist in achieving the <br />resolution in clarifying any comments potential Construction Contractors may have during <br />the bidding phase. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 22-133 <br />On -Call Engineering Design Services for PFAS Treatment Systems <br />Page 19 <br />
